Common use of Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Extended Links (EELs). EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide NewPhone with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable.

Enhanced Extended Links (EELs). BellSouth shall provide NewPhone Knology with EELs where the underlying Network Element UNEs are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and the conditions set forth in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicableFCC’s rules.
