Common use of Enhanced Services District Assessments Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Services District Assessments. Tenant acknowledges that the Premises is located within an Enhanced Services District and that the Premises would otherwise be subject to an assessment that would normally be collected along with property taxes. In addition to all other amounts that Tenant is required to pay hereunder, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all amounts that would have been assessed against the Premises by reason of its inclusion in the Enhanced Services District, semiannually, within thirty (30) days after Landlord delivers to Tenant a written request for payment of such amounts.
