Enhancement of the service. 6.1. The Supplier may at any time make changes to the Hosting without giving notice. The Supplier will inform the Buyer as soon as is practical of any change which may have an impact on the Web Service or on the Service Usage. 6.2. The Supplier will not make any changes that remove or materially impair the supply of the services described in clause 4 of this contract, except as described by the Acceptable Use Policy.
