Common use of Enrolled Status Clause in Contracts

Enrolled Status. A. The Resident agrees to become and remain enrolled as determined by they/their admission classification for each academic semester within the Contract Term (or remain in good standing with the Bridge program, as applicable), and to report to the Office of Housing & Residential Life any failure or inability to register for classes on or before the opening of the Residence Halls for occupancy each semester during the Contract Term.
