Enrollee Information Materials. All written materials provided to Enrollees, including all marketing materials, Plan booklets, descriptions and information, policies and procedures, disclosures, and notices, shall be written in language that does not exceed the sixth (6th) grade level of reading comprehension. Enrollee information materials must be submitted to the Division for prior approval.
