Enrollee Notification of Terminated Residential Provider. ‌ If the MCO is providing residential services such as Customized Living (including 24-Hour Customized Living), or xxxxxx care services to any Enrollee and terminates that Enrollee’s residential Provider without cause, the MCO must give written notice to the Enrollee at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination, and in any case, must assist with emergency placement of the Enrollee when necessary.
