Customized Living definition

Customized Living means services delivered by a comprehensive home care Provider, and provided in a building that is registered as a housing with services establishment under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 144D.
Customized Living means an individualized package of regularly scheduled, health-related and supportive services provided to a person age 18 years or older who resides in a qualified assisted living facility licensed under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 144DG, effective August 1, 2021.

Examples of Customized Living in a sentence

  • If the MCO is providing residential services such as residential care, Customized Living (including 24-Hour Customized Living), or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care services to any Enrollee and terminates that Enrollee’s residential Provider without cause, the MCO must give written notice to the Enrollee at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination, and in any case, must assist with emergency placement of the Enrollee when necessary.

  • If the MCO is providing residential services such as residential care, Customized Living, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care or Customized Living Plus services to any Enrollee and terminates that Enrollee’s residential Provider without cause, the MCO must give written notice to the Enrollee at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination, and, in any case, must assist with emergency placement of the Enrollee when necessary.

  • If the MCO is providing residential services such as residential care, Customized Living, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care or 24-Hour Customized Living services to any Enrollee and terminates that Enrollee’s residential Provider without cause, the MCO must give written notice to the Enrollee at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination, and, in any case, must assist with emergency placement of the Enrollee when necessary.

  • If the MCO is providing residential Services such as residential care, Customized Living, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care or 24-Hour Customized Living services to any Enrollee and terminates that Enrollee’s services in that residential Provider setting without cause, the MCO must give written notice to the Enrollee at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination, and in any case, must assist with emergency placement of the Enrollee when necessary.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.
