Enrollment Fees. 1. An Enrollment fee of $100 is due to hold a student’s slot and due again each year in October per family, this fee is non-refundable. If families enroll after July 1st, the enrollment fee is only $50. Enrollment fees are collected to support equipment replacements, art supplies and office supplies.
Enrollment Fees. Except as otherwise provided in the CI for certain Participants, each Participant will be responsible for paying an Enrollment Fee for the first three years of enrollment. If the Participant opts out of the CCA before the end of three years, the Participant is still responsible for three years of Enrollment Fees. The Participant may choose from two enrollment options: All Activities or Parcel-by-Parcel. For the purpose of administration of the CCA and CPs, the preferred method of enrollment is All Activities Enrollment. If the Participant chooses the All Activities enrollment, the Participant shall pay an Enrollment Fee of $30,000 per year for the first three years of enrollment in accordance with Appendix F. This Enrollment Fee will cover enrollment of the Participant’s land, including all activities and facilities, within the Covered Area. If the Participant chooses the Parcel-by-Parcel enrollment, the Participant shall pay a base Enrollment Fee of $6,000 per year for each of the first three years of enrollment, and any additional per acre charge in accordance with Appendix F. The Participant shall make the first payment of Enrollment Fees at the time of enrollment. The Participant shall pay the second and third Enrollment Fees on the first and second anniversaries of the CP effective date. If the Participant so chooses, the Participant may pay all three yearly Enrollment Fees at the time of enrollment. Enrollment Fees will not be required after the initial three-year period. CEHMM will maintain Participant’s Enrollment Fees in a habitat conservation fund specific to this CCA and the Participant.
Enrollment Fees. Pursuant to KCCD Board Policy (Education Code Section 76300(f)) the enrollment fee for students who are Special Part-Time Students (Education Code 76001) will be waived by KCCD.
Enrollment Fees. The current enrollment fee for an ADVISOR is $49.00, which covers the cost of Magneceutical Health providing Magneceutical Health University training, Magneceutical Health Web Site. The fee is comprised of a $49.00 administrative fee (non-refundable once the five (5) calendar day timeframe expires, and non-commissionable). In addition, the fee includes a registration fee for one Magneceutical Health University attendee. Additionally, there is an annual administrative fee paid during each subsequent year. Magneceutical Health shall have the right to change the enrollment or annual administrative fees in its sole discretion at any time by providing notice of such change to the ADVISORs directly affected by such change.
Enrollment Fees. All Participants, except local government and the agriculture and ranching sector, will be responsible for paying an Enrollment Fee for the first three years this CCAA and CI are in effect as set out in Appendix D.
Enrollment Fees. As contemplated by this Agreement, the students of the individual Founding Members and Associate Member, if applicable, shall enroll with the individual Member for purposes of taking those courses offered by the Member through the on-line services provided by WKCCVEC. All student fees, and state aid, or the equivalent thereof, derived by the enrollment of the student in the on-line course shall be collected by the Member, if applicable, and submitted to the fiscal agent to be used for the administration and operation of WKCCVEC.

Enrollment Fees. The enrollment fees must be paid to KCCD by the individual student. Enrollment fees may not be waived by KCCD unless exempted by statue or board policy. This provision may not be cancelled or modified by any related ISA. However, by mutual agreement, enrollment fees may be withheld from any reimbursement owed by the KCCD to the SSUSD. Non-resident fees may not be waived unless exempted by statute or board policy.
