The Enrollment File Discrepancy Reports clause establishes a process for identifying and addressing inconsistencies between enrollment data submitted by one party and records maintained by another. Typically, this involves generating regular reports that highlight mismatches in member information, such as names, coverage dates, or eligibility status, and outlining steps for resolving these discrepancies. The core function of this clause is to ensure data accuracy and alignment between parties, thereby minimizing administrative errors and preventing issues related to coverage or billing.
Enrollment File Discrepancy Reports. ‌ Insurer shall assess the preliminary and supplemental enrollment files each month and provide a discrepancy report to FHKC. Insurer shall report discrepancies on the enrollment file discrepancy report, such as duplicate records, address errors, records rejected by Insurer’s system, and other errors that call the data into question. Discrepancy reports shall be provided to FHKC within five (5) Business Days of receipt of the supplemental enrollment file. Insurer shall timely make any corrections to the Data required after FHKC’s review of the discrepancy reports.
