The Division or its Agent will notify Members at least once every twelve (12) months, and at least sixty (60) Calendar Days prior to the date upon which the Enrollment period ends that they have the opportunity to switch Contractors or to change their program selection if the Member has the option to disenroll from MississippiCAN.
