Enrollment of Populations Who May Not Disenroll. After the Member’s initial Enrollment, the Member may change Contractors without cause during the annual open Enrollment period. The Division or its Agent will notify Members at least once every twelve (12) months, and at least sixty (60) Calendar Days prior to the date upon which the Enrollment period ends that they have the opportunity to switch Contractors or to change their program selection if the Member has the option to disenroll from MississippiCAN.
