Common use of Ensure Compliance Clause in Contracts

Ensure Compliance. If any resident of an Accommodation Unit in the Village shall make default in complying with any order or direction lawfully made or given with respect to any works, acts or things required to be done to or in such Accommodation Unit, the Scheme Operator will take such action as may be necessary and proper to acquire or secure compliance with such order or direction.
