Ensure Subcontractors Bound. Subject to clause 3.1, the Provider shall ensure there is included in every agreement entered into with a subcontractor provisions which enable the Provider to discharge and secure compliance with its obligations under this Agreement including (without limitation) clause 4 of this Schedule 2.

This Provider shall provide a copy of this Schedule 2each Subcontract to the Purchasers if requested by the Purchasers.
