Ensuring Collaborative Decision. Making (1) Leadership Teams will have access to training that has been developed and provided by MCEA and MCPS. The School Leadership Team Institute includes training in collab- orative decision-making, interest-based ap- proaches to problem solving, facilitation, effective meetings, and team development. The LMCC will work to assure that all lead- ership teams have access to this training. (2) The leadership team may request additional training, facilitation, and other forms of as- sistance from MCEA and MCPS. Such re- quests will be made to the countywide Labor Management Collaboration Committee, which will arrange for the requested support.
