The Enterprise Application and Database Deployment Policy requires any Contractor developing software for the State to develop and establish proper controls that will ensure a clear separation of duties between developing and deploying applications and databases to minimize security risk; to meet due diligence requirements pursuant to applicable state and federal regulations; to enforce contractual obligations; and to protect the State's electronic information and information technology assets. DTS policy 4000-0002, Enterprise Password Standards Policy: Any Contractor developing software for the State must ensure it is built to follow the password requirements outlined in the Enterprise Password Standards Policy.
