Enterprise License. Licensee may install the Software on any and all Computers and Networks worldwide and allow use by an unlimited number of Users;

Enterprise License. If the Software has been licensed on an Enterprise License basis, then the following additional terms and conditions shall apply:
(a) If the Software is licensed on an Enterprise License basis, the duration, scope and pricing of such Enterprise License will be determined on a case-by-case basis. An Enterprise License is granted upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of a written authorization for such Enterprise License, which must be signed by AVEVA and also countersigned by Customer. Among other things, the signed written authorization will describe the duration, scope and license fees for the Enterprise License and Customer’s Software support commitments under the Enterprise License.
Enterprise License. Subject to the payment of the fee required for a Commercial Developer License and subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, We grant to You a revocable, non- transferable and non-exclusive license (i) for up to one hundred (100) developers within Your organization to install and use the Software on any workstations used exclusively by such developers and (ii) for You to install and use the Software in connection with unlimited domains and sub-domains on unlimited servers, solely in connection with distribution of the Software in accordance with sections 3 and 4 below. This license is not sub- licensable except as explicitly set forth herein.
Enterprise License. 5.1.7.1. Licensed for use on an unlimited number of Servers;
5.1.7.2. Licensed for use in a single Legal Entity;
5.1.7.3. Licensed for use by an unlimited number of Developers;
5.1.7.4. Licensed for use by an unlimited number of Users;
Enterprise License. If you purchase an ENTERPRISE license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, then the ▇▇▇▇ extends to include all software developers within the purchasing organization regardless of their location.
Enterprise License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Article 3) the Licensing Administrator hereby grants to an Enterprise Licensee those licenses conferred in Articles 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 hereof.
