ENTIRE AGREEM ENT. This Agreement makes up the entire Agreement betw een the parties concerning ACH services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions w hether oral or w xxxxxx of the parties, and there are no w arranties, representations and/or agreements among the parties in conjunction w ith the subject matter hereof except as set forth in this Agreement. There are no third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

CLAIM FOR PAYMENT This Hire Agreement is a claim for payment under the Building and Construc on Industry Security of Payment Xxx 0000 (NSW), the Building and Construc on Industry Security of Payment Xxx 0000 (VIC), the Building and Construc on Industry Payments Xxx 0000 (QLD), the Building and Construc on Industry Security of Payment Xxx 0000 (SA), the Construc on Contracts Xxx 0000 (WA), the Building and Construc on Industry (Security of Payment) Xxx 0000 (ACT), the Building and Construc on Industry Security of Payment Xxx 0000 (TAS), and/or the Construc on Contracts (Security of Payments) Xxx 0000 (NT).
