ENTIRE AGREEM ENT. 26.1 This Agreement and any documents expressed by this Agreement to be incorporated herein constitutes the entire understanding betw een the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior w ritings, negotiations or understandings w ith respect hereto.
26.2 Clause 26.1 shall not apply to any statement, representation or w arranty made fraudulently, or to any provision of this Agreement w hich w as induced by fraud, for w hich the remedies available shall be all those available under the law governing this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEM ENT. This Deed constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the matters referred to in this Deed. This Deed supersedes all earlier negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between any Waiohau Claimant and the Crown relating to such matters, but not the Ngati Awa Deed or the Treaty of Waitangi itself.

Each party agrees that it shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this Agreement.

This Agreement makes up the entire Agreement betw een the parties concerning ACH services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions w hether oral or w xxxxxx of the parties, and there are no w arranties, representations and/or agreements among the parties in conjunction w ith the subject matter hereof except as set forth in this Agreement. There are no third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
