Common use of Entire Agreement; Acknowledgement of Understanding Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Acknowledgement of Understanding. The Counties and Contractor acknowledge that they have read the Agreement, the attached Exhibits which are incorporated herein by this reference, and other documents incorporated into the Agreement by reference, understand them and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. Further, the Counties and Contractor agree that the Agreement (including the Exhibits and documents incorporated into the Agreement by reference) are the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersede all letters of intent or prior contracts or prior representations, oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement.
