Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment; Counterparts. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties as to the Project. This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a writing signed on behalf of each of the Parties. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, and, so long as each Party signs at least one counterpart, each signed counterpart evidences an original Agreement, but all signed counterparts together constitute but one Agreement.
