Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AMENDMENT; NO WAIVER Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AMENDMENT; NO WAIVER. 20.1 This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the Company and the Client. It is hereby clarified that the terms of use of the Website shall further apply to the Client’s use of the Website. 20.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may amend or change this Agreement at any time upon providing 2 business days’ notice via email and the Website. The Client agrees to be bound by the terms of such amendment or change ten (10) business days after the Company has posted notice of such amendment or change to the Website. If the Client objects to the change or amendment, the Company agrees that the Client may liquidate his open and pending transactions and close the Account at no charge. 20.3 No waiver or amendment of this Agreement may be implied from any course of dealing between the parties or from any failure by the Company to assert its rights under this Agreement in relation to any event. No verbal agreements or instructions to the contrary will be recognized or enforceable.
