This Agreement, the Non-Disclosure Agreement, and the Equity Documents set forth the complete and sole agreement between the parties and supersede any and all other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, express or implied. This Agreement may not be changed or rescinded except upon the express written consent of both you and an authorized Company officer. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement unless expressly so indicated otherwise. The language of all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.
