Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

This Agreement contains all of the entire understanding understandings and representations between the parties with respect hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any all undertakings and all prior and contemporaneous written agreements, whether oral or oral negotiations and agreements between in writing, if any, previously entered into by them regarding the subject matter hereofwith respect thereto.
