Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendments; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendments; Counterparts. This Agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement relating to its subject and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. Any amendments to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties hereto. The parties may execute this Agreement electronically (including, without limitation, via Marketing Affiliate’s acceptance of this Agreement through the Affiliate Webpage, or via xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) and the parties may exchange executed signature pages in counterparts, including by facsimile, PDF or other electronic method, which taken together will constitute one instrument.
