Entire Agreement; Amendments; Execution. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all, prior agreements or understandings among the parties with respect thereto. This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original document but all of which shall constitute but one agreement.
