Common use of Entire Agreement and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Conflicts. This Agreement is intended by the parties hereto to be final expression of this Agreement, and it constitutes the full and entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject hereof, notwithstanding any representations, statements, or agreements to the contrary heretofore made. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement, the RFP and the CONTRACTOR’s bid proposal, this Agreement shall govern, then the RFP, and then the bid proposal.
