Entire Agreement and Modifications to the Agreement. 4.1 The Agreement and all agreements and/or documents referred to or expressly contained in the Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Parties on the subject matter of the Agreement, and supersede all previous agreements, contracts, understandings and communications, oral and written, on the subject matter of the Agreement.
