Common use of Entire Agreement and Priority Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Priority. This Agreement together with the Service Order states the Parties’ complete, entire, and exclusive understanding about the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, between the Parties about the subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended except as set forth in the second paragraph to this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Service Order or any SOW, the Service Order or SOW shall prevail.
