Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Lease and the Exhibits attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, set forth the entire agreement of Landlord and Tenant concerning the Premises, and there are no other agreements or understanding, oral or written, between Landlord and Tenant concerning the lease of the Premises. Any subsequent modification or amendment of this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord and Tenant only if reduced to writing and signed by them.
