Communication Wiring. All wire and device functions will maintain their integrity. This includes the phone cable and the service panel. Any additions or alterations to the communication wiring and/or problems resulting from negligence and lighting fixture wiring are not covered by this Warranty.
Communication Wiring. Landlord will direct Tenant's technicians as to where and how telephone, computer and other communication wires are to be introduced. No boring or cutting for wires will be allowed without the consent of the Landlord. The location of telephone and computer equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to the approval of Landlord.
Communication Wiring. Sublessee shall, at its expense, pay all costs of communication wiring to be installed in the Leased Premises.
