Common use of Entire Agreement; Conflicting Provisions Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Conflicting Provisions. This Agreement, together with the Schedules hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and M&I with respect to the subject matter hereof. There are no restrictions, promises, warranties, covenants, or undertakings other than those expressly set forth herein and therein. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and undertakings between the parties with respect to such subject matter. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the main body of this Agreement and any of the Schedules hereto, the terms of the main body of this Agreement shall govern.
