ENTIRE AGREEMENT; COUNTERPARTS; DELIVERY. This Lease, including any exhibits, together with the Option Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant relative to the Premises. Landlord and Tenant agree hereby that all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, or letters of intent, between them or their Authorized Representatives, including any leasing agents, relative to the leasing of the Premises are superseded in or revoked by this Lease. This Lease may be executed in counterparts. Delivery of this Lease may be made by facsimile transmission of a signed counterpart, with machine confirmation of transmission.
