Common use of Entire Agreement; Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Further Assurances. This Agreement, including Exhibits A and B attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Each Party shall execute and deliver such further documents and take such further actions as may be required or reasonably requested by the other Party to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement; Further Assurances. This Agreement, including Exhibits Agreement together with Exhibit A and B attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between and among the PartiesParties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any other prior written or contemporaneous negotiations, oral agreement or understandings between and agreements, among the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
