Shuttle Service Sample Clauses

Shuttle Service. Subject to the provisions of this Section 14, so long as Tenant is not in default under the Lease beyond applicable notice and cure periods, as hereby amended, and so long as Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, permits a shuttle service (the “Shuttle Service”) to operate at the Project, Tenant’s employees (“Shuttle Service Riders”) shall be entitled to use the Shuttle Service operated at the Project. The use of the Shuttle Service shall be subject to the reasonable rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by Landlord, in its sole and absolute discretion, and/or the operator of the Shuttle Service. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Shuttle Service by the Shuttle Service Riders shall be at their own risk and that the terms and provisions of Section 10.1 of the Original Lease shall apply to Tenant and the Shuttle Service Rider’s use of the Shuttle Service. The costs of operating, maintaining and repairing the Shuttle Service shall be included as part of Basic Operating Cost. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section 14 shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that Landlord shall continuously maintain the Shuttle Service (or any other shuttle service) throughout the Term, and Landlord shall have the right, at Landlord’s sole discretion, to expand, contract, eliminate or otherwise modify all Shuttle Services provided by it. Landlord or the operator of the Shuttle Service shall have a right to charge a fee to the users of the Shuttle Service. No expansion, contraction, elimination or modification of any or all Shuttle Services, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Shuttle Service Rider’s rights to the Shuttle Service shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under the Lease, as hereby amended.
Shuttle ServiceDrivers shall be paid the hourly rate to provide a shuttle service to a single customer. If the shuttle is the only assignment in a Work Shift the value of a shuttle shall be calculated to include deadhead from the garage to and from the shuttle as well as the shuttle itself. If the shuttle is the first or last assignment in multiple assignment Work Shift, the deadhead time to or from the garage shall be added to the time required to operate the shuttle. There shall be a minimum value of 3 hours pay for each shuttle order operated with other work. When a shuttle is operated as the only assignment in a Work Shift, then the 6-hour guarantee shall apply. At no time shall the same Driver operate a shuttle that exceeds 12 hrs including travel time to and from the garage. Proper breaks during shuttle service shall be implemented by the Company to deter fatigue. Lunch breaks would be set at between one half (1/2) hour to one-hour (1).
Shuttle ServiceDuring the Term, Landlord may provide or otherwise arrange for (but shall not be obligated to provide or otherwise arrange for) Shuttle Service to and from the Project on weekdays (subject to weather conditions, holidays, Force Majeure), and Tenant’s employees shall, subject to seating availability, have the right to use such Shuttle Service at all times that such Shuttle Service is in operation and available for use by tenants of the Project. “Shuttle Service” shall mean shuttle bus service provided or contracted for by Landlord between the Project and various commuting locations in the Watertown/Cambridge/Boston area, as determined by Landlord from time to time. Landlord shall have the right to adjust the schedule, frequency, and route(s) of the Shuttle Service as it determines based upon usage. No fee shall be charged to any passenger that utilizes the Shuttle Service, provided that all costs of such Shuttle Service shall be included as part of Operating Expenses. Tenant’s use of the Shuttle Service shall be at Tenant’s sole risk, and Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord shall have no liability with respect thereto. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from and against any Claims by any of Tenant’s employees or invitees related to the Shuttle Service or any personal injury or property damage related thereto or arising therefrom.
Shuttle Service. If the Owner elects to provide a shuttle/van service to transport Residents, then the Owner shall purchase business auto coverage with liability limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence with no sublimit per person, and physical damage limits sufficient to cover the full replacement cost of the shuttle. Owner’s business auto policy shall name Manager as a Named Insured or name Manager as a Designated Insured under a form acceptable to Manager and shall contain a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Manager. It is agreed that the Owner’s business auto coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any liability coverage carried by Manager, and is intended to provide primary coverage for any claims brought against Owner or Manager, arising in any way from the ownership, maintenance or use of the Owner’s shuttle.
Shuttle Service. Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.34, Landlord shall provide and continuously operate (or cause a third party to operate) throughout the Lease Term a shuttle service (the "Shuttle Service") at the Project providing services to the nearest CalTrain station to Tenant's employees ("Shuttle Service Riders"). Tenant shall have the right to consult with Landlord on the number and size of shuttles, frequency, hours of use, routes and location of the drop-off and pick-up areas for the Shuttle Service, and Landlord shall implement any reasonable recommendations of Tenant. The use of the Shuttle Service shall be subject to the reasonable rules and regulations established from time to time by Landlord and/or the operator of the Shuttle Service. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Shuttle Service by the Shuttle Service Riders shall be at their own risk and that the terms and provisions of Section 10.1 of this Lease shall apply to Tenant and the Shuttle Service Rider's use of the Shuttle Service. The costs of operating, maintaining and repairing the Shuttle Service shall be included as part of Operating Expenses and no separate fees will be charged to the users of the Shuttle Service.
Shuttle Service. A. Shuttle runs are defined as an assignment in which a driver goes off the field trip pay clock between a return from drop off and a return for pick-up. B. Shuttle service is provided for in town and close proximity field trips and athletic events which conform to the following time lines: 1. During the school day, the shuttle drop off/load for return must allow the driver at least two (2) hours off the clock. 2. School days after hours shuttle runs must afford the driver at least three (3) hours off the clock. 3. Weekend and holiday shuttle runs must afford the driver at least four (4) hours off the clock. 4. Time off the clock is defined as the time from shut down at the bus garage until commencement of the 15 minute pre-trip inspection for the transit back to load at the scheduled time and designated place. C. These guidelines do not preclude administration exercising efficient use of assets either in assignment of field trips to utilize shuttle down time in the accomplishment of other mid-day activities or in refusal to requesting parties the use of shuttle service when it is deemed inefficient in terms of operating cost and vehicle wear.
Shuttle Service. The required shuttle bus service for all events where such service is required in accordance with the Transportation Plan shall be arranged by the City or by the Owner as provided for in the Project Agreement at the expense of the Owner, based on the final estimate of attendance. The Owner shall reimburse the City for the costs incurred by the City based on the actual costs incurred as determined within five (5) business days following each Event.
Shuttle Service. All House Officers shall be eligible to use a shuttle service from the Hospital to the 000 Xxxxxx Xx. Garage, should the Hospital offer such a service.
Shuttle ServiceThe District may run shuttle buses between schools at various times during the day. The shuttle service may occur during the period of time that other transportation is being pro- vided or at times between regular service. When shuttle service takes place during regu- lar service time periods and no regular buses are available for use, this shuttle service shall be termed "interfering."
Shuttle Service. Shuttle service, where available, will be provided to employees traveling between buildings in the course of official business. This does not preclude discontinuance of shuttle service where the Employer determines the service is no longer feasible.
