Common use of Entire Agreement; Headings Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Headings. This Guaranty contains the entire understanding between Guarantor and Guaranteed Party with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations and representations, written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Except as provided herein, there are no conditions, representations, warranties, undertakings or agreements between the parties whether direct, indirect, collateral, express or implied. This Guaranty may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent oral agreements of the parties. Descriptive headings are inserted solely for convenience of reference, do not form part of this Guaranty, and are not to be used as an aid in the interpretation of this Guaranty.
