Entire Agreement; Interpretation. This Agreement sets forth all of the Parties’ rights, responsibilities, liabilities and obligations with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Agreement; Interpretation.
