Common use of Entire Agreement; Modification in Writing Clause in Contracts

This Agreement together with the Inventions, Trade Secrets and Confidentiality Agreement, plan documents, grant notices, and governing policies of the Company (each as it may be amended from time to time) constitute the entire understanding relating to the matters addressed herein and supersede any other prior agreement, whether written or oral.
