Entire Agreement; Modification; No Offer. This agreement including the relevant annexures constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and merges all prior and contemporaneous communications. It shall not be modified except by a written agreement dated subsequent hereto signed by the parties, unless the Company amends the agreement in terms of clause 18. Neither this agreement nor any written or oral statements related hereto constitute an offer, and this agreement shall not be legally binding until executed by both parties hereto.
