Entire Agreement; Modifications and Waivers. This Agreement sets forth the complete terms and conditions between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended except in another written document executed by all of the parties. All prior and contemporaneous conversations, negotiations, possible and alleged agreements, representations, warranties and covenants concerning the subject matter hereof are merged herein. Waiver of or failure to exercise any rights provided by this Agreement in any respect shall not be deemed a waiver of any further or future rights.
