Common use of Entire Agreement; No Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Amendment. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter described herein and supersedes all other prior and contemporaneous oral or written communications and agreements between the parties relating to this same subject matter. Neither this Agreement, nor any of its terms, may be changed, added to, amended, waived or varied except in a writing signed by the Parties (only by an officer or other person other than Employee authorized to do so by the Board of Directors on behalf of Company).
