Entire Agreement/No Oral Modification/No Inducements. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all other written or oral promises or representations about its subject matter. This Release can only be amended, in writing, signed by Employee and Employer. No promise or inducement has been made to Employee for entering into this Release except as expressly set forth herein.
