Entire Agreement; No Oral Modification. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, superseding all previous negotiations and understandings, and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous agreement. The Parties further intend that this Agreement constitute the complete and exclusive statement of its terms as between the Parties, and that no extrinsic evidence whatsoever may be introduced in any judicial or other proceeding, if any, involving the interpretation of this Agreement. Any amendment or modification of the Agreement must be in a writing signed by Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel.
