Entire Agreement; No Representations or Warranties. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. Executive acknowledges and agrees that, in accepting employment with the Company, he has not relied upon any agreements or representations not expressly set forth herein.
