Entire Agreement; Oral Modifications Not Binding. This instrument is the entire Agreement between the Company and Executive with respect to the subject matter hereof. Executive agrees that no other promises or commitments have been made to Executive. This Agreement may be altered by the parties only by a written Agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought. I have read and understood the terms of this Agreement. By signing below, I: (1) fully agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; (2) acknowledge there are no marginal notations or revisions to these documents; and (3) have not relied on any promises, commitments, statements or representations, whether spoken or in writing, made to me by any Company representative, except for what is expressly stated in this Agreement.
