This Amendment contains the final and entire agreement of Sublessor and Sublessee and are intended to be an integration of all prior negotiations and understandings. Neither Sublessor nor Sublessee shall be bound by any covenants, agreements, statements, representations or warranties, oral or written, not contained in this Amendment.
