Common use of Entire Agreement; Termination of Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Termination of Services Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and there are no other contemporaneous written or oral agreements, undertakings, promises, warranties, or covenants not specifically referred to or contained herein. This Agreement specifically supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, all of which prior agreements and understandings (including but not limited to the Services Agreement) are hereby terminated and of no further force and effect.
