Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. This Contract, its Attachments, and any Work Order issued under this Contract constitute the entire agreement of the Parties and are intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Additional or conflicting terms in Attachments or Work Orders shall be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible. Unless such integrated Attachment or Work Order specifically displays a mutual intent to amend part of this Contract, conflicts shall be construed consistently with the terms of this Contract. This Contract, its Attachments, and any Work Orders issued under this Contract may only be amended by a mutual, written agreement executed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
