Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. This Contract, its Attachments, its Amendments, and any purchase order issued in conjunction with this Contract constitute the entire agreement of the Parties and are intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any additional or conflicting terms in any Attachment, Amendment, or purchase order shall be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible. Except as provided herein, this Contract may be amended only by a mutual, written agreement executed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
