Common use of ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. This Contract, its Attachment(s), any Amendment, and any Technical Guidance Letter or Revision issued in conjunction with this Contract or pursuant to its terms constitute the entire agreement of the Parties and are intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any additional or conflicting terms in any Attachment, Amendment, Technical Guidance Letter, or Revision shall be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible. Unless such Attachment, Amendment, Technical Guidance Letter, or Revision specifically displays a mutual intent to amend this Contract, general conflicts in language shall be construed consistently with the terms of this Contract. Except as provided herein, this Contract, its Attachments, and any Amendment may be amended only by a mutual, written agreement executed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
