Entire Contract; Modification. This Contract expresses the entire understanding of the City and the Engineer concerning the Contract, and neither the City nor the Engineer has made or shall be bound by any agreement or any representation to the other concerning this Contract which is not expressly set forth herein. This Contract may be modified only by a written amendment of subsequent date hereto, approved by the City and the Engineer.
