Entire Contract. (a) This agreement together with all quotes if supplied, supersede[s] all previous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations and warranties about its subject matter and embodies the entire agreement between the Company and the customer about its subject matter. (b) The customer acknowledges that no representations and warranties about the subject matter of this agreement have been made by or on behalf of the company except as expressly set out in this agreement and that the customer has not relied on any representations or warranties about the subject matter of this agreement and the quotes given by or on behalf of the company except as expressly provided in this agreement.
