Common use of Entire License Clause in Contracts

Entire License. 19.1. It is agreed and understood that this License (including the schedules referred to herein, which are hereby incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire License between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior arrangements, proposals, understandings and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties or their predecessors with respect to the subject matter of this License.
